2026 Practice Policies
Scheduling & Cancelations:
In order to book your appointment, a credit card must be on file. You do not need to use this card for payment, nor do you need to pre-pay for your service.
Please provide 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a fee equal to half of your scheduled service charged to the card on file. You will be notified before your card is charged.
Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. These shortened appointments will be full price.
Three cancellations during prime scheduling times will result in an inability to book appointments for those times.
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever or any contagious condition, please reschedule.
Preparing for Your Session:
Clients must complete a new client intake form and keep me abreast of any health changes. This information is kept secure and confidential and is vital to receiving the best and safest care.
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include: Credit card, Cash, Gift Card to The Eighth House Wellness.
Clients who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not receive service. Being present is important for the healing experience.

For services where you are fully clothed, wear comfortable clothing.
